Intonate helps physicians, therapists, and support staff reduce administrative work. You can use intonate Assistant v2 for repetitive, administrative tasks in your daily routine. With intonate, you can use AI directly in the context of your PMS / HIS and be relieved of:Find entries in the medical record quickly and easily.Search specialist literature directly in the context of the patient.Draft and edit texts for reports, emails, etc.Extract information directly from documents and cross-check it with the medical record.Fill in input fields directly with your voice. Intonate Assistant v2 performs context-sensitive searches that make content findable and retrievable, without modifying or re-evaluating it.

We have integrations with the most commonly used systems and support all web-based documentation systems. If your PMS / HIS is not supported, please contact us, and we'll gladly help you set up the integration.

Intonate Assistant v2 is not designed for activities such as financial transactions, password management, or anything involving personal data outside the intended purpose of administrative work. Intonate must never be used for high-risk decisions, such as potential diagnoses or treatment recommendations.

With your consent, intonate Assistant v2 can access information in the currently open browser tab via intonate for Browsers. Intonate uses this information to process your request, but not to train models. Intonate only works with model providers that guarantee Zero Data Retention (ZDR).

We recommend informing your patients that you use a documentation tool. We provide informational material that you can display in your waiting area.

No special installation is required. During the Research Preview, you can use intonate Assistant v2 within intonate for Browsers. Over time, a growing number of browsers and direct integrations will be supported.
